    With great enthusiasm, an ETHICS Working Group has developed our Competency Framework Self- Assessment (SA) Tool Kit as the 3rd component of the Competency Framework package.

    The SA Tool Kit that has been developed by Compliance Professionals with 10+ years of expertise with top Pharmaceutical and MedTech companies for Compliance Professionals. It provides added value based on real-life experience in managing local, regional, and global Compliance Teams and Compliance Programs.

    The aim of the SA Tool Kit is to help identify and nurture the personal and professional skill sets that are key for Healthcare Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Professionals to be successful in their jobs. In addition to that, the SA Tool Kit supports the E&C Professional in maintaining and sustaining an effective and influential compliance program.

    The SA Tool Kit needs to be read in conjunction with the Competency Framework Position Paper (component 1) and the Competency Framework for Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Professionals in the Life Sciences Healthcare Industry (component 2) that the ETHICS Working Group has also developed.
